Dear Neighbours,
Due to numerous complaints regarding pet waste left in common areas, we decided to come up with some basic guidelines for our pet lovers.
While we understand that pets are beloved members of many households, It's important to ensure our community remains clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone.
These measures will help maintain hygeine, prevent odors, and ensure a respectful environment for all residents. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to keeping our community clean.

Guidelines for Pet Owners in Ara to ensure a harmonious and safe living environment for our Community
For Dog lovers
Leash and Control your pets.
Keep your pets on a leash in common areas.
Ensure that your pet is under control to prevent disturbances or accidents.
Clean Up after your pet poop.
Always carry waste bags and promptly dispose of pet waste in "your waste bin"
Avoid letting pets relieve themselves on private lawns, common areas or children's playground.
Secure your pets within your property.
Ensure fences/gates are secure to prevent pets from wandering and getting lost.
Respect your neighbours space.
For Cat Lovers
Secure your pets within your property.
Free roaming can disturb neighbours, damage gardens.
Consider a cat patio in your garden. it will prevent your pet from wandering and getting lost.
Keep litter boxes clean to avoid odors that may bother your neighbour.
Prevent your pet from pooping in common areas and your neigbours garden.
Respect your neighbours space.
We hope by following these guidelines, pet owners can ensure a pleasant and safe environment
for all residents and foster good relationships with your neighbours. 🙂
