FROM 1ST JANUARY 2021, the Security Provider will contribute the following amounts to the ARA RESIDENCES ACCOUNT (RHB ACCOUNT) in order for the ARA RESIDENCES COMMITTEE to maintain, upgrade and replace all SECURITY EQUIPMENT, CCTV, PERIMETER FENCING, GUARDHOUSE and any appropriate improvements for the sustenance of ARA RESIDENCES SECURITY AND RELATED SYSTEMS.

60-69% of PAYING RESIDENTS :- RM2.00 per PAYING RESIDENT
70-79% of PAYING RESIDENTS :- RM3.50 per PAYING RESIDENT
MORE THAN 80% of PAYING RESIDENTS :- RM5.00 per PAYING RESIDENT
The Treasurer of ARA RESIDENCES COMMITTEE will establish an appropriate audit system to ascertain the actual MONTHLY NUMBER OF PAYING RESIDENTS to establish the contribution.

Dear Ara Residents,
Thank you for your support. The Committee have started this Sinking Fund system would facilitate the collection of funds to repair the Perimeter Fences, CCTV and other needful infrastructure costs. Our 2020 accounts have been audited and presented in the recent BSDRA AGM (Annual General Meeting) and you can view it at the Main Guardhouse Notice Board. The Committee will advise all of you the total costs in repairing the above items. We shall advise all of you of the details shortly.
We would appreciate if all of us who are Paying Residents may speak to your Non-Paying neighbour to participate. We hope to touch to 70% Mark and then the 80% collection mark to obtain more Sinking Fund.
Frankly we have about RM10,000/= in our account and the total repairs is expected to exceed RM20,000/. Please refer to the Audited 2020 Accounts in the MainGuardhouse Notice Board.
