RENOVATION GUIDELINES (ADDITIONAL)

Ref : Enhanced Security Measures - Renovation Contractors and Workers

In light of the recent break-ins in our residential area and in consultation with PDRM , we are implementing the following enhanced security measures effective 24th August 2026

Pre - Registration of Contractors and Workers.

All contractors and their workers entering Ara Residences to carry out renovation work must fill in a registration form at least 48 hours before work commence. Forms are available at the Main Guardhouse or contact our Security Supervisor Mr. Wong at 011-16238104 for more information.

Daily Curfew for Workers

All contractors and workers must leave Ara Residences by 6.00 PM every day, without exception. No Contractors or workers are allowed to stay in the "premises being renovated" after 6.00 PM.

We seek your full cooperation in ensuring that your contractors comply with these measures in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

These steps are being taken for the safety and well-being of all residents. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

(Monday to Saturday- 8.00am to 6.00pm; Sundays and Public Holidays are NOT allowed to work)

• HOUSING OF RENOVATION WORKERS

Owner of house housing the renovation workers must take responsibility for the workers.

• REGISTRATION OF RENOVATION WORKERS

ARA SECURITY will take details of all workers at the Main Guardhouse.
